Legal Systems software is a + should have ADP QuickBooks. first interview via Zoom. Accounts Payable, invoice/check reconciliation. The client will consider candidates who have worked in Professional Services or Legal only.
Daily Tasks
Reconcile ABB-Visa Card. Process Expense reimbursements and payments in accordance with firm procedures. Process Check requests in a timely manner
Reviews and verifies vendor statements for accuracy and processes payments promptly. Reviews client costs. Reconciles and process miscellaneous daily payments (CELL Phone, Auto insurance)
Should know basic Accounting Principles. Great if also have some payroll exp. To process payroll semi-monthly for 70+employess via ADP. Workforce Now.
