We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable & Accounting Specialist to play a key role in our finance team—supporting billing, collections, reconciliations, and month-end close while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do
Accounts Receivable & Billing
• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices on time
• Monitor AR aging and proactively follow up on past-due accounts
• Apply customer payments and cash receipts accurately
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries
• Coordinate customer credit references as needed
Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
• Support month-end closing activities
• Prepare and review month-end schedules, reports, and reconciliations
• Ensure transactions are recorded correctly and in the proper period
• Assist management with financial data and ad-hoc analysis
Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items promptly
• Maintain accurate cash records and support cash flow tracking
General Accounting & Reconciliations
• Prepare AR, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external reviews
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures
Collaboration & Administrative Support
• Partner with sales, operations, and management teams
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
• Support process improvements and documentation updates
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
Technical Skills
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end close
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (reconciliations, reporting, data analysis)
