Immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with great communication, expresses a high level of integrity and demonstrates a strong work ethic and sense of urgency. Will be responsible for preparing, posting, verifying, and recording customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivables. Also includes, creating invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers. Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment. Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested. Client is looking to hire immediately.
