MUST Have 1 to 3 years of Accounts Receivable Experience

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and post customer payments accurately
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Monitor accounts for overdue payments
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status
