Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Funding)
Location: Rochester, NY (On-site)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $22–$26/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service Representative (Funding) to join our client’s team—a leading provider of payroll and benefits solutions. This role plays a vital part in supporting financial operations, including invoice management, risk analysis, reporting, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry for purchased invoices.

Prepare and maintain weekly financial packets, including invoice activity, accounts receivable reports, and reserve analysis.

Monitor and analyze invoice data to identify potential risks or inconsistencies.

Generate and distribute financial reports to senior management as required.

Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and support company goals.

Process and transmit accounting reports and payment transactions, including wires, ACH, A/R aging reports, and subsidiary financial documents.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.

Evaluation Criteria:
Accuracy and timeliness of data entry, financial packets, and payment processing (wires, ACH).

Quality of risk analysis and insights provided to management.

Customer satisfaction and responsiveness.

Consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.

Effective time management and task completion in a well-organized, positive manner.

Contribution to team collaboration and company objectives.

Work Environment & Expectations:
Primary work will be conducted indoors in an office setting.

Occasional travel may be required for training purposes.

Work hours may vary based on business needs; flexibility is essential.

The company will provide all necessary tools and equipment to perform the job effectively.
