We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the health of our receivables by ensuring timely and accurate cash applications, reconciling customer accounts, and managing chargeback resolution. You will be responsible for posting and applying payments, identifying discrepancies, and working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve short-pays, deductions, and chargebacks. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to research and resolve issues quickly to keep accounts current and accurate. In addition to managing collections and credit reviews, you will prepare account reconciliations, maintain aging reports, and partner with sales and customer service teams to strengthen client relationships while protecting company cash flow. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in accounts receivable, with a solid background in cash application and chargeback management, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
