Title: Remote Admin Processor
Location: Palm Harbor, FL 34684 (must be close to this area)
Assignment: 9/8/25- 3 months (potential extension)
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Pay: $17.00/ hour PAID WEEKLY
Special details: Must pass background.
**Client provides equipment** Must have a modem/router to connect equipment to. **
Summary:
Will be sending out communications/notifications to suppliers/clients. Communications will be sent out using mail merge feature, email, and fax.
Responsibilities:
- Support residential installation and service departments.
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
- Coordinate, prioritize and schedule installations and service appts.
- Provide reception coverage as needed.
Education/Experience/Must:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years related experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Computer experience required.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook & Excel) required.
- Extensive data entry/10-key skills/order processing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Heavy phone experience is a plus.
- Accounts payable knowledge is a plus.
