We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant with at least five years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar) and possess strong administrative and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars and schedule meetings/appointments. Greet and assist visitors with a positive attitude. File, scan, and organize documents efficiently. Perform general office duties as assigned. Provide excellent administrative support to the team.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and professional attitude.
