Location: Boston Terminal E
Pay Rate: $20 – $22 per hour
Shift: After training, choose from one of the following options:
Off Sun/Mon/Tue, working Thurs/Fri/Sat (10-hour days)
Off Thurs/Fri/Sat, working Sun/Mon/Tue (10-hour days)
About the Role:
We are seeking two highly organized and dedicated individuals to join our team at Boston Terminal E as Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating events, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth office and facility operations. You’ll play a key role in assisting with various activities for pilots and executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Database & Email Management: Maintain a robust parking database that requires frequent updates and handle high volumes of email communications that need immediate attention.
Event Coordination: Plan and organize retirement and commemoration events for pilots and other special gatherings.
Communication: Interact with pilots and other staff both in person, via email, or phone.
Internal social media: Post approved commemorative content on an internal social media platform.
Office Operations: Keep office Share point sites up to date, update internal contact directories, and maintain a well-stocked lounge area for staff.
Facility & Equipment Management: Report any inoperative equipment or facility issues, manage office supplies, and oversee company vehicle maintenance and inspections.
Confidentiality: Handle personnel information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all processes and procedures are followed with safety-conscious behaviors.
Training:
Upon hire, employees will receive two weeks of training at the airport (Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM), where you will learn all the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
Safety-focused with a commitment to following all operational procedures.
