Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Contract: 5 months (until may next year) with potential to go permanent
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overview:
My client is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to provide administrative and operational support at their manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments across the plant.
Manage internal communications, including bulletin boards, SharePoint updates, and email lists.
Coordinate meetings, events, and on-site customer or leadership visits.
Maintain office and copier supplies, and oversee uniform and locker programs.
Support recruiting activities, interview days, and onboarding for new hires.
Process invoices and vendor orders through internal systems.
Assist with employee engagement and community involvement activities.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and business information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience with Kronos or similar payroll systems preferred.
