Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support two departments. This role involves a blend of administrative support, scheduling coordination, and operational assistance across Surgery Central Scheduling, OR Billing. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare administrative experience and a passion for supporting high-performing clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with report generation, materials information research, and presentation preparation.
Provide administrative support to Surgery Central Scheduling and OR Billing teams.

Manage the Division Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Organize division-related events, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Serve as liaison between the Division Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
3–5 years of administrative assistant experience.
Minimum 1–2 years of hospital or healthcare administrative experience.
Knowledge of EPIC or CS Link

Required Skills:
Administrative & Organizational:
Calendar management and meeting scheduling using Outlook.
Coordination of logistics and correspondence.
Task prioritization and deadline management.

Technical:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with scheduling software and project management tools.
EPIC or CS Link

Communication & Interpersonal:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Professional demeanor and discretion with sensitive information.

Problem-Solving & Initiative:
Attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with hospital administrative processes and medical terminology.
Experience with HR processes such as onboarding and credentialing.
Knowledge of project management tools and scheduling platforms.
