* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in an administrative support related role.
* Very strong organizational and time-management skills, showing great attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Be able adapt in a fast-paced environment.
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
* Bilingual Spanish.
* College degree.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Supporting administrative and event coordinating functions to other departments.
* Welcoming and guiding visitors entering company building.
* Filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning documents.
* Maintaining inventory of office equipment.
* Answering incoming calls and routing to appropriate points of contact.
* Working with vendors for supply order and pickup processes.
* Assisting with any additional role related duties as needed.
