Job Summary:
This administrative role supports the RSI department by handling communications, documentation, and contract management. Responsibilities include answering calls, creating and distributing lead sheets, reviewing incoming job paperwork, and coordinating with field staff and dispatch for missing documents. The role also involves submitting reports via The Compliance Engine, preparing jobs for billing, and addressing inquiries from vendors, sales reps, and quoters.

Additional duties include managing customer and monitoring contracts, ensuring task accuracy, and processing sales paperwork. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Monitoring department emails and assisting other teams as needed are also key functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ year administrative experience

Effective written and verbal communication

Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Strong organizational and time management skills
