CSR / Admin
Location: Matthews, NC 28277
Pay Rate: $22 – $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM onsite
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Background check: Required
Key Responsibilities
- Answer front-office phones, greet visitors, and provide friendly customer service across phone and email channels.
- Perform general office administration and clerical tasks: filing, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle billing tasks and basic QuickBooks support (invoicing, payment follow-up) as needed.
- Support the team with ad-hoc requests, assist other departments, escalate issues, and help maintain smooth day to day operations.
Qualifications
- Proven office/customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of personalities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in-office full time, dependable, detail oriented, and able to handle occasional pressure, “thick skin” and a go getter attitude.
- Notary and Salesforce experience helpful; prior construction industry exposure is a plus but not required.
