Growing non-profit organization has multiple job openings for Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistants.
Expanding non-profit organization is looking for bilingual Spanish administrative assistants to start asap! The administrative assistants will work with vendors. The administrative assistant will establish and maintain vendor files and related documents, enter information into our systems and work with our staff on new and existing vendors. Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook. Experience working with Individuals associated with developmental disabilities would be a plus. Candidate must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and produce within deadlines.
