What We’re Looking For:
A candidate with a paralegal or legal assistant background is strongly preferred. The ideal person is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and legal-support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the SVP’s email inbox and help streamline communication
• Handle P-card reconciliation
• Manage legal billing processes
• Support high-volume informal hearings (this will be the core focus of the role)
