Administrative Coordinator – $25/hour
Location: Cypress, CA
Schedule: Full-Time Long-Term Contract (with potential for permanent hire)
We’re seeking a motivated, reliable, and professional Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cypress. This position will primarily support the Office Manager and provide additional assistance to the HR Director as needed. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — and you’re looking for an opportunity to grow your skills — we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and HR Director. Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and special projects. Manage and respond to email inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Perform general office duties, including filing, scheduling, and organization. Work comfortably in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Communicate effectively across departments and offer help where needed
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor
- Common sense, initiative, and the ability to multitask effectively
