We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator with a background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, support project coordination, and handle DOT/Transportation paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize office operations and procedures.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
Assist with project coordination and support.
Prepare and process DOT/Transportation paperwork.
Maintain records and files.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Provide administrative support to the team.

Qualifications:

Experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role.
Must have construction industry experience.
Familiarity with DOT/Transportation paperwork is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
