Growing and dynamic tax company is looking to hire (6) Administrative Customer Service Rep’s Needed – PART TIME

***Previous experience working in a tax office is a plus but NOT required.

***The company is looking to interview and hire ASAP

Paid Remote Training will begin Dec 2nd. Tues & Thursdays May add Wednesday

Shift:

  • Saturday, Sunday & Monday (Jan – April 15, 2025) Seasonal Position

Hours:

  • Shift #1 (3 people): Morning hours opening at 8am until approx. 4 pm
  • Shift #2 (3 people): Evening hours 4pm until closing, which could be 11pm or 2am depending on circumstances and position.

Duties Include but not limited to:

  • Welcome Clients by greeting them, in person.
  • Interact closely with clients to assist in the preparation of individual &/or business income tax returns.
  • Strong data entry skills and the ability to process a high volume of phone and email inquiries daily.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Prepare source data for computer entry. Verify data by comparing it to the source document.
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, reviewing, transcribing and faxing/emailing.
  • Assemble tax returns & source documents
  • Maintain calendars, set up/edit tax appointments
  • Maintain client receivables and collections
  • Always maintaining client confidentiality
  • Competencies, Skills and Abilities
  • Must be a quick learner and independent worker
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with an upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, efficient and highly organized.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to interact with clients with tact and courtesy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility and availability to work occasional overtime as required.
  • Adheres to compliance policies.
  • Strong sense of integrity, initiative and extraordinary teamwork aptitude.
  • Ability to multi-task is NECESSARY.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
