We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Operations Support professional to provide essential administrative assistance and ensure smooth order entry and communication across departments. This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
Location: 1200 Anderson Corner Rd, Parma, ID 83660
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $23p/hr
Key Responsibilities
Input and maintain accurate customer information, adhering to specific customer agreements.
Support order entry and fulfillment processes for internal Customer Service teams.
Manage projects, special requests, and new-hire onboarding in addition to daily tasks.
Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, including Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain, to address and resolve issues.
Prepare, distribute, and archive reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
Create and maintain databases and generate timely reports.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2–4 years of administrative experience; 1–2 years in accounts payable, accounting, or a similar role preferred.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and willing to learn new technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external customers.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a financial background and a motivational drive.
Working Environment
Office-based role with regular collaboration across Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
Focus on training, onboarding, and strong internal partnerships.
