About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support professional to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will assist with critical administrative tasks that support the bank’s security initiatives and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Access Reporting: Compile user access reports from multiple systems and identify changes in access rights compared to previous reports.
Access Review Coordination: Send reminders and follow up on pending access review requests to ensure timely completion.
Penetration Testing Support: Maintain a list of penetration test findings and manage follow-up communications, including reminders for remediation actions.
General Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative assignments as directed by the Senior Information Security Analyst and Information Security Officer (ISO).
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information.
Familiarity with information security processes and reporting is a plus, but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
1–2-year experience required
