You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work on-site at our Honeywell Torrance, CA location.
In this role, you will impact the production quality and efficiency by utilizing your welding skills to create durable and precise components, ensuring that our products meet the rigorous standards expected by our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform welding operations on various materials and components according to specifications.
- Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

PAY EQUITY
The annual base salary range for this position is $57,900 ($27.83/hr.) min — $86,900 ($41.77) max. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. FAA REQUIREMENTS

- At least three (3) years of experience in welding and fabrication.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques and materials
WE VALUE
- Associate’s degree in Welding Technology or related field
- Experience with TIG, MIG, and Stick welding
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and processes, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using welding equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
