Are you a dynamic change leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and strategy? We’re looking for a seasoned Agile Project Manager with strong product ownership capabilities and a deep understanding of international wire payments—especially Canadian AFT.

In this multifaceted role, you’ll serve as the driving force behind cross-functional initiatives, from ideation to delivery. You’ll lead daily and weekly Agile ceremonies, bridge the gap between tech and business teams, and ensure flawless execution in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead complex Agile projects from conception through implementation
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical developers and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate clear, concise communication across all levels
  • Manage challenging personalities with poise and professionalism
  • Drive product strategy and ownership with a mindset of accountability
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business plans

What You Must Bring:

  • Proven leadership in change management
  • Deep Agile methodology expertise
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL
  • Hands-on knowledge of international wire payments, with Canadian AFT experience a major plus
  • A confident, collaborative approach to working with business owners and tech teams

Bonus Points For:

  • Background in banking or financial services
  • Experience working in high-stakes, regulatory environments
