Job Title: Alarm Monitoring Specialist- Security Center
Location: Chandler, AZ 85286- 100% On-Site
Pay rate: $19.40/hr
Workdays and shift: Tue-Wed-Thurs-Fri-Sat /3:00pm-11:30pm (Days off Sunday and Monday)
Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated Alarm Monitoring Customer Service Rep to join our team. This person will assist Security Response Center team members with processing emergency alarms and call handling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing emergency alarms and calls.
- Performing system manipulation to prevent false alarms.
- Answering calls from vendors when they arrive and leave the site.
- Remote troubleshooting.
Top Skills Required:
- At least one year of call center experience
- Remote troubleshooting and technical support experience.
- Alarm monitoring experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience as an office receptionist/clerk, including relaying messages and copying information is a plus.
- Ability to field calls from 3rd party vendors and team members.
- Proven punctuality and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Technology Skills:
- Computer familiarity.
- Experience with Sureview software is preferred.
