Hourly Rate: $59.92/hr
Shift: Weekdays – Business Standard Hours
Location: Remote
Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension based on performance
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Consultantwith proven ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experiencefor a contingent assignment. This role combines advanced expertise in Analyticswith hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD, enabling the delivery of innovative, large-scale business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert to develop and influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Analytics.
Consult on strategy and resolve unique, large-scale challenges that require advanced evaluation, creativity, and innovative thinking.
Provide expertise to senior leadership on Analytics and ServiceNow HRSD-driven business solutions.
Engage strategically with client personnel to align initiatives with business priorities and long-term goals.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, consulting, military experience, education, or training.
Proven ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience (required).
Strong consultative, communication, and leadership-influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovative solutions to complex business problems.
