A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced AP/AR Manager to oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, with a strong focus on collections. This role includes leading and mentoring a team of 10 clerks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices, payments, and collections. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, a strong understanding of GAAP, and experience managing financial transactions in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with an ERP and CRM is a plus. This is a hands-on opportunity to drive process improvements, optimize cash flow, and contribute to the financial health of a company dedicated to supporting American manufacturing.
