Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk with strong data entry skills and a solid understanding of AR processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, highly organized, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate customer invoices and payments for accuracy.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Enter and update customer activity in various systems.
Assist in generating reports and tracking progress.
Follow established procedures for data validation and quality assurance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:
Basic accounts receivable experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Good organizational and time-management skills
Effective written and verbal communication
