Our established company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical A/R Specialist with a professional attitude and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance with a strong background in accounts receivable and collections. Qualified applicants will have strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of basic accounting principles, documentation skills, and research and resolution skills. Duties may include monitoring aging reports, preparing and recording customer payments and transactions, creating and submitting invoices to customers, maintaining and updating customer files, identifying delinquent accounts, assisting in generating monthly billing statements, following up on past due balances, and assisting the Accounting Manager with reconciling revenue accounts each month.
