Now Hiring: AR / Collections Supervisor
?? Location: Santa Fe Springs
?? Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced AR / Collections Supervisor to lead our collections function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and leadership while driving timely cash flow and strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

Supervise and lead a team of collectors, providing coaching, training, and performance support

Oversee B2B collections efforts, including 30/60/90+ day accounts and dispute resolution

Monitor weekly AR aging reports and prepare summary reports for management

Execute collection strategies through calls, emails, demand letters, and agency coordination

Maintain accurate AR records, reconcile accounts, and identify unusual payment trends

Recommend credit holds or credit limit adjustments when needed

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies

Monitor online payments, release orders promptly, and ensure timely follow-up

Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize workflows

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Credit

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of supervisory experience in AR or collections

Strong understanding of AR, aging reports, reconciliation, and collection strategies

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and collection/ERP systems

Experience with sales tax (Avalara) a plus

Flooring industry experience a plus

Accounting or related degree preferred
