Our client is looking to add a Assistant Construction Project Manager to their team for a project located in East Los Angeles, CA for a project for a medical facility. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining the procurement log for construction projects. This role is critical to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and other project-related needs.

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of Project management experience

  • Excellent experience with cost management

  • Own and manage the project procurement log from start to finish.

  • Provide regular updates to the project team on the status of materials, services, and deliveries.

  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to confirm lead times and shipping schedules.

  • Identify potential delays and communicate proactively to help keep the project on schedule.

  • Support the project team with procurement-related documentation and communication.
