The Department of Medicine at the School of Medicine of the University of Southern California is seeking outstanding applicants for a full-time clinical faculty position in the Lung Transplant Program in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. The Lung Transplant program is a growing program with strong collaboration with the Division of Thoracic Surgery. Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine, board certified or eligible in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care, and eligible for licensure in California. Successful candidates will have strong clinical skills (both inpatient and outpatient) providing care for lung transplant patients pre- and post-operatively, as well as competence in all facets of critical care and pulmonary medicine. Responsibilities involve attending on inpatient services, including a dedicated lung transplant service at Keck Hospital of USC, inpatient and outpatient management of pre- and post-operative lung transplant recipients, training of medical students, residents and fellows, and participating in all academic activities of the Division and Institute.
