We’re hiring a motivated, detail-driven Assistant Project Manager to support and manage commercial, restoration, and renovation masonry projects in and around Matthews, NC. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical point of contact between internal teams and external partners—including General Contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and field crews—ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities
Support the entire project life cycle from kick-off to close-out

Assist in tracking RFIs, ASIs, CCOs using PlanGrid, Procore, or BIM360

Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting in Sage Timberline

Coordinate pay apps (AIA G702), sub invoices, subcontracts, and COIs

Work closely with field leaders, GCs, suppliers, and internal departments

Attend and contribute to progress and preconstruction meetings

Help identify and document scope changes and billing opportunities

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in commercial masonry (field or management); restoration experience a plus

Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of relevant construction experience

Strong communicator with excellent time management and follow-through

Proficient in MS Office; able to learn project tools like Sage Timberline, PlanGrid, etc.

A detail-oriented team player who thrives in a deadline-driven environment
