Assoc Atty – Employment / Labor law firm is hiring an Associate Attorney.

  • CA licensed Attorney with litigation experience in Employment Law.
  • A passion for advocating for clients in matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to employers and employees on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Review employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and severance agreements.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiate settlements.
  • Represent clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, or NLRB.
