Associate Director of Enrollment Communications The Associate Director of Enrollment Communications plays a pivotal role in supporting the enrollment of new students by managing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy across multiple platforms. This role will focus on CRM management, graphic design, social media management, and photography to engage prospective students and enhance the University’s recruitment efforts. The Associate Director will work closely with both the Senior Director of Enrollment Marketing and the Director of Enrollment Technology to implement and optimize digital and traditional communication channels aimed at recruiting undergraduate, graduate, weekend/evening, and online students. Work Location: Doheny Campus (Downtown Los Angeles) and Chalon Campus (West Los Angeles). Remote work available 1-2 days per week. Start Date: Immediately Applications Deadline: Open until filled Annual Salary Rate Range: $75,000.00 Monthly Salary Rate Range: $6,250.00 Hiring salary can be above the posted pay range if candidate’s qualifications are determined to be above the minimum requirements of the position description. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. CRM Management: Plans and implements digital recruitment strategies using CRM systems to manage communication channels for emails, SMS, and inquiry forms. Monitors and reports on CRM performance metrics to optimize engagement and recommend improvements to enhance enrollment outcomes. 2. Social Media Management & Strategy: Oversees the management of the Undergraduate and Graduate Admission Instagram accounts, along with other social media platforms. Develops a content calendar and analyze performance data to optimize strategies, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals and staying up to date with social media trends. 3. Graphic Design & Photography: Designs visually compelling marketing materials for social media, email, print, and web. Creates photography content that highlights campus life, student success, and recruitment events, ensuring all visuals align with the university’s branding and marketing goals. 4. Communications Calendar Management: ?Manages the communications calendar using Asana to ensure all campaigns and communications stay on schedule and align upcoming communication efforts with overall strategies. 5. Collaboration & Data Analysis: Collaborates with internal teams to optimize CRM and digital communication tools. Analyze performance data from various digital marketing efforts and provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. 6. Content Management & Web Presence: Makes updates and edits to external web pages and portals, ensuring they align with current marketing strategies. Collaborates with Enrollment Technology to integrate new tools and software solutions to support CRM and admissions efforts. Other Duties and Responsibilities: Stay updated on evolving recruitment technologies and propose relevant tools to enhance efforts. Attend relevant conferences and meetings to build a supportive network in the field of digital recruitment. Perform other duties, as assigned. Job Requirements: Abilities and Skills: 1. Project Management: Skilled in managing communications calendars in Asana or similar project management software, tracking multiple projects, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization. 2. Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative ideas for marketing materials and recruitment campaigns that effectively engage prospective students. 3. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in proofreading content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials. 4. Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement marketing strategies effectively. Education: Bachelor of Arts Degree: Preferably in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field. Experience: Five to seven years of experience working in Enrollment Marketing, Communications, or a related field within higher education. Proven ability to utilize CRM systems, such as Slate or similar software to support and manage communication efforts throughout the admissions process. Demonstrated experience in creating and executing social media campaigns and strategies, managing content, and tracking social media performance. Significant experience designing and producing visual content for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Proficient in HTML. Experience with CSS styling preferred.
