Collector – Business Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing aging accounts, conducting B2B collection calls, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices. You’ll also assist with credit reviews and maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on aging accounts and initiate collection calls to business clients Review credit terms and assess account status Document all collection efforts and maintain organized records Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues Provide regular updates on collection progress Qualifications: Previous experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks Familiarity with credit review processes and documentation standards If you’re a self-starter with a knack for building rapport and driving results, we’d love to hear from you!
