This B2B Customer Service Rep Position Features:
Full job description – Must have retail CSR experience, not wholesale.
We are looking for a detailed customer service representative for that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- Understand customer needs, requirements and deadlines.
- Facilitating creation of new accounts by working with outside sales reps.
- Accurately input data & orders into our database.
- Process customer purchase orders and distribute order confirmation.
- Manage sales promotions.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Promptly respond to customer email inquiries and requests.
- Onboard new customers and service existing customer accounts.
- Provide customers with accurate pricing and availability of products.
- Alert customer when items are out of stock/discontinued and suggest value-engineered alternatives.
- Follow up on customer orders and provide expected delivery date.
- Expedite or trace missing /delayed shipments by working with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, operations and other departments.
Requirements:
- Must have beauty sales experience
- 2+ years in office admin
- Must have prior B2B sales experience
- Customer Service Skills: Need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
- High level of computer literacy (PC literate with Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Flexibility: Occasional travel may be needed. Negotiable.
