Incredible new opportunity available for an experienced customer service representative looking to take the next step in their career with an amazing financial services organization.
In this position you will be the director of first impressions with clients. Duties will include:
-Assist with client withdrawals., deposits, loan transfers and other transactions
-Connect clients with personal bankers for advanced banking needs
-Keep accurate counts of cash and balance cash drawers
-Assist with opening and closing new accounts and make clients aware of new products, credit cards, savings plans and promotions
-Other duties as needed
Requirements:
-Must have recent prior customer service experience (banking preferred but not required)
-Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
