Bilingual Spanish/English Administrative Assistant neededLocation: Los Angeles, CACompensation: $18 – $26 per hour (based on experience level)Job Description: We are seeking Administrative Assistants to provide support to our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to further develop their administrative skills and grow their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word.Manage and organize electronic and physical filing systems.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
