This position is responsible for all accounting and reporting duties for a property/asset management portfolio.

MUST:

– EITHER Bachelor’s degree in accounting OR one year of property accounting experience

– Bilingual English/Mandarin Speaking

Job Description

· Prepare monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
· Complete preparation of all journal entries and reconciliations.
· Monitor cash accounts and money transfers, as necessary.
· Responsible for all accounts receivables and payables on multiple portfolios
· Responsible for distributions and payments on a timely manner
· Provide insurance and tax calculations.
· Support all property accounting tasks when necessary.

Hours/Expected Work

Full time in-person office position from 9am-5:30pm
