We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our Aurora team.

Customer Service Agent
Location: Aurora, ON
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Type: 12 month contract
Model: 100% Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with customers in person, via email, and over the phone.
Provide end-to-end support including troubleshooting, dispatching service calls, follow-ups, and event closure through invoicing.
Maintain working knowledge of commercial beverage equipment operation and functionality.
Provide basic technical troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Manage equipment and parts orders for service events.
Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations to support service needs.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum secondary school education; post-secondary education preferred.
3+ years of customer service or office experience preferred
Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel; experience with CSR systems is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about customer service and taking ownership of issues.
