A well-established, 17-year-old insurance agency is seeking Client Managers to support and service our high-net-worth clientele. This role serves as the primary point of contact for premium clients, delivering exceptional service with professionalism and cultural fluency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and service high-net-worth clients with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional customer care.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for VIP accounts, ensuring timely responses and proactive support.
Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues, process requests, and maintain service quality.
Maintain accurate client records and follow established workflows and compliance procedures.
Support operational tasks related to insurance, financial services, or client onboarding systems.
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
Professional image and polished communication style suitable for high-net-worth client interaction.
Experience working with affluent clients in insurance, finance, banking, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills with a client-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with banking systems, financial service processes, or operational platforms.
Experience supporting premium or VIP clients in insurance or financial services.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.
