needed in multiple office locations including Hacienda Heights, Diamond Bar, Irvine, San Gabriel, Cerritos (Training will be done in Hacienda Heights).

*Must be able to commute to Hacienda Heights for training for about 1-2 month. Then could go to other location
*They needs to obtain the P&C license within 6 month and company will reimburse after 1 year of license obtained.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating persistence along with problem solving and decision making skills to work with clients through a variety of challenging situations.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Perform supporting tasks for Managers in providing exceptional service to clients by completing assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist clients by answering questions about their policies, providing accurate, valid and complete information such as explaining insurance concepts and processing claims paperwork (training will be provided!)
Quickly and accurately file applications and process claims
Provide additional support to teammates and staff as needed
Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Must be able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
