About the Role We are seeking a versatile, bilingual professional to join our team in La Verne as an Administrative & HR Assistant. This is a unique opportunity for an organized individual to manage essential office operations while gaining valuable experience in Human Resources. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a key role in fostering a productive work environment and supporting our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources: Facilitate the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Assist with employee relations, benefits administration (health insurance), and maintaining compliance with employment regulations.

Front Office Management: Serve as the face of the company by greeting visitors and managing the multi-line phone system.

Operations & Facilities: Oversee office inventory (supplies, stationery, snacks), coordinate building maintenance, and manage mail/deliveries.

Financial Administration: Process facility bills, issue internal purchase orders, and manage departmental supply requests.

Culture & Engagement: Lead company event planning and manage employee recognition programs (birthdays, milestones).

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years in an Administrative or HR-related role.

Language: Fluency in Mandarin (Speaking required; Reading/Writing is a significant plus).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
