A thriving E-Commerce company in Fontana, California, is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Mandarin Human Resources Manager. This is a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced HR leader ready to manage the complete scope of human resources operations.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
– Manage employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely administration.
– Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement.
– Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement training programs.
– Manage the employee performance evaluation process and provide guidance to managers on performance management issues.
– Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
– Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations/practices; manage safety training and monitor safety practices
– Counsel staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures. – Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
– Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Bilingual Chinese required.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
– Background and experience in e-commerce, warehousing, and logistics highly preferred.
– Strong knowledge of HRIS systems – Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends.
– Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
– Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
