  • This person will be managing 8 people. We have a back of the house manager, transaction coordinator, client relations specialist, event planner, marketing specialist plus 3 agents
  • Day to day tasks are really planning for the business, overseeing the team to make sure everyone is doing their jobs, problem solving for the team, when they used to have questions.

Position Title: Team / Sales Manager
Responsibilities & Requirements:
1. Industry Insight & Market Strategy
o Possess in-depth understanding of the industry and target market.
o Able to identify and seize business opportunities during both peak and off-peak seasons, and develop effective customer acquisition strategies.
2. Customer Relationship & Conversion
o Understand methods for building customer trust and the complete customer conversion process.
o Capable of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty to drive sales.
3. Team Management & Resource Integration
o Have a clear understanding of each team member’s roles, skills, and time allocation.
o Skilled in leveraging both internal team and external resources to maximize efficiency.
4. Tool Utilization & Innovation Sensitivity
o Maintain a keen awareness of new management and creative tools (e.g., Monday, Salesforce, AI tools) and drive their effective adoption by the team.
5. Project Management & Goal Breakdown
o Possess project management experience and the ability to break down high-level goals into actionable plans.
6. Cross-Department Communication & Leadership
o Able to maintain alignment and capable of educating, guiding, and training team members.
