Growing and dynamic Non-Profit organization is looking to hire (10) Contract Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant’s to support various departments of the company.

**Previous experience working in a Non-Profit or experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities is plus**

JOB DUTIES:
-Provides support to Executive Director, serve as backup to Executive Assistant and support other members of management when needed.
-Assists with program-specific activities as needed such as client screenings, assessment for eligibility, intake documentation, and orientation.
-Responsible for typing letters, memorandums, reports, proposals, grants and other reporting data.
-Assists in coordination of meetings for the Board of Directors and its various committees.
-When and if applicable, provides both written and oral translation services as needed.
-Greets visitors, answers phones, schedule appointments, maintain calendars, filing, faxing, scanning and photocopying documents.
-Reviews and distributes incoming mail and maintains postage account.
-Orders supplies, schedules maintenance of office equipment, and liaise with building management and headquarters on facility management.
-Maintains/tracks invoices, coordinates billing/invoicing and compiles month end reports.
-Attends on-site and in-person meetings and training sessions.
-Other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Speak, read and write in Spanish.
-Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
-College degree is a plus
