On behalf of our client in the Construction – Industrial Facilities and Infrastructure industry, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative. This role is essential for providing exceptional support to clients, partners, and internal teams, primarily for projects within industrial facilities and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be fully proficient in both English and Spanish to effectively serve our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

– Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, with a focus on clients in the Construction – Industrial Facilities and Infrastructure sector.
– Provide accurate and timely information regarding services, project status, and general inquiries related to industrial construction and infrastructure projects.
– Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
– Collaborate with sales, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
– Assist with administrative tasks such as processing orders, scheduling service appointments, or managing client documentation relevant to construction projects.
– Educate customers on product features and service offerings, ensuring a clear understanding of solutions provided.
– Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
– Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

– Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
– 3-5 years of proven experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably within the Construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
– High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in Customer Support / Client Care within the Construction – Industrial Facilities and Infrastructure industry.
– Familiarity with construction terminology, project phases, or industrial facility operations.
– Experience with ticketing systems or advanced customer service platforms.
