Are you an experienced professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a high-end property management firm? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Work hands-on with vendors and site property managers to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day facilities management tasks across properties.
Regularly travel to different locations, including Santa Monica, Malibu, and West Hollywood, to provide on-site support.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in facilities coordination, working directly with vendors and property managers.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
