We are seeking an Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist. This role offers a stable work environment, strong company culture, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update personnel records, HR documents, and benefits
Ensure compliance with training, certifications, and labor laws
Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
Administer benefits and manage leave compliance (CFRA/FMLA/ADA/PDL)
Conduct background checks and handle employee verifications
Implement new hire orientation and maintain related materials
Address employment inquiries and manage workers’ compensation claims
Prepare HR metrics reports and manage the exit interview process
Assist with payroll tasks, employee information, and timekeeping

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of HR experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Bilingual in Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
