We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team and help support the day-to-day operations of our facilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are bilingual in Spanish, we encourage you to apply!
Position Summary:
As a Bilingual Spanish Maintenance Coordinator/Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our tenants, visitors, and vendors. You will coordinate maintenance requests, assist with administrative duties, and ensure efficient operations across several buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and tenants upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.
Answer inbound telephone calls for 7 buildings and direct calls as needed.
Create and close work orders for maintenance requests.
Generate Purchase Orders as required.
Assist in coordinating schedules for routine tasks across various departments and supervisors.
Ensure paperwork is filed correctly and timely.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) – This is a requirement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and requirements.
At least 3 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Receptionist (preferred).
Must be punctual and reliable, with the ability to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
