A prestigious, privately held luxury commercial real estate investment firm is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of premier properties in West Hollywood and Santa Monica, with occasional support in Malibu.
This rare opportunity has opened as the long-standing incumbent—placed by our firm over a decade ago—prepares for retirement. We’re looking for a hands-on, service-driven leader to uphold the legacy of excellence and deliver top-tier support to tenants and property management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily maintenance operations across multiple high-end commercial properties.
Prioritize and coordinate work orders, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality control of contracted services.
Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests and emergencies.
Ensure optimal performance and safety of all building systems.
Maintain inventory and manage supply orders.
Assist with capital improvement projects and renovations.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for travel between sites).
