A Non Profit organization in Monterey Park is seeking a talented and dedicated Bilingual Spanish Full-Cycle Recruiter for a rewarding long-term temporary opportunity (4-6 months) with the possibility of extension. In this key role, you will lead the entire recruitment process, from strategically sourcing top talent to seamlessly onboarding new hires, partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and craft compelling, accurate job descriptions. You’ll leverage your expertise to identify and attract qualified candidates through diverse and effective channels, conduct engaging interviews, skillfully administer pre-employment assessments, and utilize your experience with ADP to streamline and optimize the entire hiring process, while staying current with industry best practices to ensure our recruitment efforts are consistently effective and efficient. To succeed in this vital role, you must have experience recruiting specifically for non-profit organizations (no exceptions), 3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting, in-depth knowledge of ADP payroll and ATS systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration and candidate engagement, bilingual Spanish fluency (written and verbal), and a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
